You launch features. I make sure people understand them.
Product demos for B2B SaaS, especially AI features.
I decide what your buyers need to see first, then build it fast, with your real interface.

Product videos usually fail before anyone starts animating
Making a product video is easy now. Recording takes minutes, and AI can animate an interface from a screenshot. That part isn't hard anymore.
The hard part is deciding what the video has to teach: who's watching, what confuses them, what they need to see first, and what to leave out. Most videos fail there, before anyone animates anything.
That's where I start. Then I build around that answer, using AI to move fast and my own eye for what decides whether it works: an interface faithful to your real product, pacing that slows down where something is new, a cursor that moves like someone thinking.
It's a marketing problem before it's a design problem.
One question per video. The product does the talking.

What does it feel like to ask your data a question and trust the answer?
CaliberMind connected its marketing data to Claude through an MCP server, so a marketer can ask a question in plain language and get an answer from their own data. Powerful, but invisible on screen: a chat box looks like every other chat box.
The video follows one real question from typing to result, slows down on the answer, and keeps the interface readable the whole time.

How do you explain attribution before a visitor starts to doubt?
B2B attribution is hard to explain, and most companies try with words or a static screenshot. This video shows two features in motion instead: the attribution dashboard and the AI assistant that answers marketing questions in plain language.
Everything that didn't serve those two moments was removed.
CONCEPTS
Sales demo · Zephyra
Every salesperson demos a product differently, and the prospect rarely sees its best version. This concept shows one clear story, built around the product's strongest moment, told the same way every time.
In-app onboarding · Flowly
The first session decides whether a new user stays. This concept shows the one action a new user should take first, inside the product, at the moment they need it.
Social media ad · Flowly
A feed gives you two seconds. This concept shows one idea, with the interface doing the talking, and it works with the sound off.
What clients say
"Not afraid to voice his opinion based on his expertise of what will or will not look good."
"Nelson is a talented video designer with a strong understanding of how software demo videos should be arranged. He is patient, collaborative and happy to consider alternatives, while also not afraid to voice his opinion based on his expertise of what will or will not look good. This is the type of video partner a marketer would want to make sure the output meets expectations of the target audience."

About
I’m Nelson Vieira. I make product demos for B2B SaaS, mostly for features that are hard to explain.
Before this, I spent 15 years in advertising and design, and along the way I wrote, shot, directed and edited ad videos for small companies. Cinema taught me the thing I use most with software: people understand what you show them, in the order you show it.
What I care about is the moment the viewer finally understands. Every decision in the video, what stays, what goes, the pace, works toward it.
